Due to its continued success our client is seeking candidates for their Operational Management Training Program. The company is a growing industry leader in the deployment of case ready meat products. They have carved a reputation in North America as an innovative processor of premium quality fresh meats for leading retail customers.

This position will be reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients through maintaining the highest quality of product, achieving production objectives and pursuing personal excellence through the completion of the Operational Management Training Program. The incumbent will effectively plan manpower requirements, supervise and develop production staff while verifying and implementing manufacturing procedures.

The successful candidates will possesses: 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience preferable within a meat and/or food processing environment; complemented by a post-secondary education that shows a true commitment to continuous learning. The incumbent will be customer service and quality focused with a proven team oriented management style that fosters a reputation of trust with both clients and staff. As the successful candidate you will be capable of creating a work environment that recognizes and welcomes opportunities for change associated with continual improvement while still maintaining the ability to efficiently problem solve day to day production issues in an expedient manner, while showing the utmost regard for staff and product safety. You are comfortable with technology and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as EXCEL.
